The link between success and self-esteem

The lower your self-esteem, the harder it is to achieve success. It’s like a glass ceiling you can’t push past.

The good news is, if you work on improving your self-esteem, your success with improve too.

We’ve seen it time and time again.

Self-esteem is something you should constantly be working on as a business owner.

Success and Happiness Starts with Self-Esteem

About us

George & Tracey

We are George Swift and Tracey Miller from Bigger Brighter Bolder and together we are the founders of BBB Success Groups for ambitious entrepreneurs. We are best known for running clubs and masterminds, helping business owners and entrepreneurs set goals, achieve those goals and hold each other accountable.

We also create environments that stimulate the very best performance, behaviours, activities and actions out of our members.

10 years ago, when we first set up this business, we focused very specifically on self-confidence and self-esteem, simply because your level of self-esteem will place a cap on what you are able to achieve.

We have first hand experience of the impact self-esteem can have. Both Tracey and I have had self-esteem issues and had to work hard to push past them.

Even today, on stage in front of 800 people, I become very aware I need to keep coming back and focusing on my self-esteem.

As I grow, and my business grows, I need more self-esteem.
